Nashville, TN – March 19, 2024 – SongwritingWith:Soldiers is pleased to announce the addition of three board members, Pepper Evans, Suzanne Hogan, and Collin McMillan. Evans, Hogan, and McMillan will lend their expertise to further the organization’s mission of transforming lives through collaborative songwriting.

Evans is a senior marketing executive with experience leading teams and launching new products for American Express, Capital One, and UnitedHealth Group. She has received multiple awards for her work, including Chairman’s Award for Innovation and President’s Leadership Award at American Express, Supplier of the Year for Walmart during her time at Capital One, and the 40 Under 40 Brand Innovators Award.

Hogan currently serves as the president of Big Red Ideas. For more than twenty-five years, Hogan has turned her passion for public service into a mission to work with people and projects that contribute to a greater good. She utilized her marketing and strategic communications expertise to work with families who lost loved ones in the 1995 attack on the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building. She also worked with the American Red Cross and the national disaster response team during September 11.

McMillan is a music industry executive and owner/CEO of Grey Area Entertainment which consists of a record label, an artist management arm, and a publishing company. The companies were founded in late 2019 in Nashville, where they now operate from their offices on Music Row. With an entrepreneurial spirit, McMillan has operating entities in numerous industries across the country.
